Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in a consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across core design disciplines.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Architecture from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology accredited program.
  • Recent project-management experience in the Healthcare, Science & Technology, Higher Education, or similar market sectors for large and/or complex projects.
  • The ability to travel to client sites where project development opportunities exist, depending on the assignment.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work effectively individually and within team environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead rewarding projects with a hands-on approach.
  • Develop client relationships and deliver projects according to client needs and budget.
  • Lead concept development of building systems.
  • Guide a team of engineers from project conception through occupancy.
  • Participate in project interviews and provide high-level client service.
  • Establish long-term partnerships.

  • Ensure resolution of all technical and service issues.

Be sure to check out more LimeLight worthy news at this link.+++RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK – United Therapeutics Corporation (Nasdaq: UTHR), a public benefit corporation, earlier this week unveiled its new net zero energy distribution center located on the company’s co-headquarters campus in Research Triangle Park.United Therapeutics Chairperson and CEO Dr. Martine Rothblatt welcomed North Carolina officials, members of the North Carolina General Assembly, and business leaders to a “cord cutting” ceremony to showcase the new distribution center. Dubbed “Phase Five,” the new building is the second site net zero building on the company’s Research Triangle Park Campus, and the fifth overall in its sustainable portfolio. The 55,000-square-foot facility features a new warehouse designed to meet current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) for pharmaceutical products and boasts a microgrid-based electrical system designed to run without any fossil fuels via battery backup using two Tesla Megapacks. Among other things, the facility will be used to store and distribute the company’s newest drug-device combination product, Tyvaso DPI®, which was launched last year
