The Role

The Associate Vice President, HR Operations & Technology is a senior global leadership role responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HR operations and technology across the organization. Reporting to theCHRO,you will own the infrastructure that powers ourpeople function —from HRIS platforms and HR data integrity to compensation administration, immigration, compliance, and benefits — while driving an ambitious agenda to embed AI into how we work.

WhatYou’llOwn

HR Operations & Shared Services

• Lead and scale a global HR Operations function delivering consistent, high-quality HR services across all regions.

• Own HR administration, personnel records, employee lifecycle transactions, and data management with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• Oversee the global LOA administration program, ensuring compliant and compassionate management of all leave types (medical, parental, statutory, etc.).

• Design andoptimizescalable shared services models and standard operating procedures that reduce friction and improvethe employeeexperience.

• Ensure HR operations are audit-ready and compliant with applicable labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and internal policies across all operating regions.

• Partner with Legal and Finance to manage HR-related regulatory filings and reporting obligations.

HR Technology & AI Strategy

• Own the global HR technology stack, including HRIS administration, system configuration, vendor management, and roadmap prioritization.

• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new HR technologies — with a particular emphasis on AI-powered tools and automation to modernize HR service delivery.

• Partner with IT and key stakeholders to ensure systems integration, data security, and a seamless digital employee experience.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement,leveragingtechnology toeliminatemanualworkand unlock capacity across the HR team.

People Analytics & Reporting

• Build and mature a global HR analytics capability, delivering actionable workforce insights to senior leaders and the Board.

• Establish data governance standards and ensure HR data integrity across all platforms.

• Develop and own key HR metrics, dashboards, and compliance reporting for global operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Manage Total Rewardstalentto support annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and jobarchitecture.

• Manage relationships withbenefitsbrokers, carriers, and vendors across regions.

Immigration

• Own the company’s global immigration program, managing case workflows, vendor relationships, and employee experience for all visa and work authorization matters.

• Ensure compliance with country-specific immigration regulations and proactively manage risk.

WhatYou’llBring

Experience

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years ina seniorHR Operations or HR Technology leadership role in a global organization.

• Demonstrated success leading HR shared services or HR operations functions at scale.

• Deep HRISexpertise— hands-on experience administering andoptimizingenterprise platforms (Workday strongly preferred; familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow HR, or equivalenta plus).

• Proventrack recordimplementingtechnology solutions and/or scaling AI and automation solutions within an HR function.

• Experience managing global compensation and benefits programs, immigration, and leave administration.

• Background ina technology, AI, or high-growth environmentstronglypreferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Theanticipatedbase salary range for this role is 

$175,000 to $227,000annually,commensuratewith experience, location, and scope. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid timeoff.
