As a Corporate Accountant, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in helping develop world-class processes to support our accounting and close functions while operating in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. How You’ll Contribute: 

• Gather and consolidate data needed to prepare journal entries for expense accruals, rent expense entries, amortization expense, and more with quick turn-around time and high accuracy. 
• Reconcile balance sheet reconciliations which will include independent research of all items to ensure completeness in assigned accounts.
• Prepare monthly flux analysis for areas of responsibility 
• Establish, implement, maintain, and monitor accounting procedures and policies
• Combine GAAP accounting knowledge, operational experience, and critical thinking to problem-solving effectively and autonomously 
• Support external audit and regulatory reporting function
• Perform ad hoc projects as requested

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting 
• Strong Excel spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, index(match), xlookup, multiple criteria sumproduct, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to interface and establish rapport with all levels of the organization
• You challenge the old ways of doing things and enjoy changing the status quo to optimize process and drive continuous improvement in yourself and within your function
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, highly transactional and data driven role
• You are detailed oriented, possess effective project management skills, and a strong ownership mindset
• Familiarity with NetSuite, FloQast and Workday are a plus.

For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $63,000 and $67,500. The stated base pay range would generally increase 10% for candidates in CA/NY and be reduced 5% for candidates outside of CO, IL, MA, TX, VA, WA, and DC. Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
