Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, finance or equivalent hands-on experience considered
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields (growth, UA/performance/digital marketing, finance, economics) with 1-2 years in hands-on paid social platform experience
  • Strong excel, analytical, and reporting skills - must be able to interpret raw data into meaningful insights and KPIs
  • Exceptional project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Strategize, manage, and optimize our performance marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and more) to increase performance across acquisition and retention for FlightClub.com
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing and go-to-market strategy to manage our budget and provide performance insights to the Marcom team
  • Lead, manage, and execute Performance Marketing strategies for the FlightClub.com marketing campaign, while working with our creative and analytics team to provide a feedback loop for iterative success
  • Develop a partnership with our account managers to stay up-to-date with new product features and strategies
  • Follow the Flight Club sneaker release calendar to plan and execute timely advertisements across paid social marketing platforms
  • Closely monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, budgeting, and conduct ad hoc analyses
  • Support the leadership team in managing the performance marketing budget, and setting forecasts/expectations for sustainable growth
  • Manage and optimize the creative ads through the creative asset process and ad optimization
  • Test new channels to scale growth for the business in new and existing markets
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team on project roadmaps, performance budgeting, and key marketing campaign retros
  • Partner with Growth Analytics to fully understand the paid & product marketing KPIs and create strategies to improve customer lifetime value
  • Report out on multiple different platforms and metrics, such as CAC, LTV, CPA, etc
  • Ability to manage multiple different projects at the same time and be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up
Desired Qualifications
  • Ecommerce, marketplace or online retail experience is a plus
  • Previous experience and knowledge of paid search is a plus
