Hybrid working 2 days a week in the office

The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our LiveScore Service Operations team. As a Sportsbook Operations Executive, you will work closely with our internal Customer Support, Product and Marketing teams as well as all 3rd Party providers to execute the overall LiveScore Betting strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of our Sportsbook offering and services across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- You will be required to work alongside many teams in LiveScore; such as our Trading team where you will help them review competitor prices and monitor our markets; our Customer Support team where you will provide the 2nd line of support for any information they need to deal with customer queries; also our marketing and product development teams where you will be required to give opinions to help develop new initiatives and strategies.
- Attention to detail will be key as you will be responsible for quality control regarding all aspects on the app to identify any errors with content, such as live streams, scores, promotional banners, specials, app functionality and market offerings.
- You will be the first point of contact for any escalations from internal departments and you will be required to liaise with the management team regarding any issues and follow ups. You will need to prioritise your tasks by potential customer impact and raise any issues via the relevant channels.
- Working alongside our product development team to complete product testing and reporting for app releases and any upcoming projects the team are working on.
- Working with our trading and marketing teams, you will need to schedule the sport coupons and the top events based on the upcoming events and create banners for the homepage.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- An interest in sports and betting. We don’t expect you to know everything but a drive to develop your knowledge is key.
- A good understanding of Microsoft products and Google drive.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Can do attitude and a passion for self-development.
- A great team player and good organisational skills.
