Requirements
  • Strong communication skills; able to leverage subject matter experts to achieve success; proven ability to lead teams through obstacles while consistently motivating to meet service goals
  • Experienced in service partner management, developing and executing strategies to deliver business results
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships, influence strategy and execute, negotiate business terms, drive results, and demonstrate competency with business and financial analytics
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing a unified program for onboarding, enabling, supporting and governing our growing partner ecosystem
  • Serve as a partner to our installation contractors, acting in a consultative role with them to identify resource needs, process gaps and improvements, and anything to build the strength and depth of the partnership
  • Utilize data, reports and related systems to analyze partner metrics and identify trends and areas of opportunity that require feedback, coaching, or corrective action
  • Define and implement process improvements to positively impact how we execute in providing a high-quality hardware implementation experience for our restaurant customers through our contracted partners
  • Influence a diverse set of internal stakeholders: Execute a cohesive strategic plan in a matrixed organization with ownership divided across specialized teams. This requires building relationships, sharing your vision while understanding others, and collaborating to drive success
  • Support Partner onboarding and offboarding - ensure best practices are being followed, monitor hiring profile, and keep alignment with Toast values. Qualify new vendors, vendor training, and existing vendor performance management
