Requirements
  • Previous experience in the private club, hospitality, food, or beverage industry is highly preferred

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation and design to testing and deployment
  • Ensure that products are launched on time and within budget, and that they meet customer expectations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
  • Classify features according to strategic goals and initiatives, ensuring that the product roadmap is focused on the most valuable areas
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch and ongoing product management
  • Participate actively in sprint planning meetings
  • Create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding justifications
  • Design wireframe mockups for enhancements and new product screens
  • Manage QA Resources to ensure user expectations are met, bugs and product enhancements are addressed with perseverance and detail
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products. Enlist, train, and collaborate with clients
  • Write internal and external product release notes. Write agreement language and parameters for new products
  • Continuously monitor and optimize products to ensure they remain competitive and meet evolving customer needs
  • Represent the product at tradeshows, webinars, demos and occasional client site visits.
