Requirements
  • 7+ Years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-growth technology company, investment banking, private equity or consulting firm. Experience supporting C-level Executives.
  • Superb attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exemplary planning, forward thinking and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible work hours to support exec when traveling, or to accommodate different time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage the COO/CFO’s calendar to optimize time and productivity.
  • Arrange travel, prepare meeting materials, and track follow-up actions for the COO/CFO.
  • Be 'the face of Axon' at our new San Francisco office. Maintain office needs such as supplies, groceries, mailing/shipping needs. Manage organization of office conference room and common areas.
  • Serve as office liaison with Corporate IT and other corporate services.
  • Organize and coordinate various events such as board meetings, offsite retreats, and team kickoffs (in San Francisco and elsewhere).
  • Foster positive relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Operate both independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Process and approve expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Allocate 5-10% of time to personal assistant duties, including managing personal meetings and travel for the COO/CFO.
  • Occasional travel to support company-wide events is required.
