Core Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all operational aspects of the office (workplace services, shipping, space management, budgets, real estate projects, etc.). Lead day-to-day workplace operational outcomes with a bias toward improving office management processes to support growth and a strong customer service orientation.
- Establish, improve and handle vendor relations (e.g, facilities portfolio). Ensuring vendors deliver the intended value (return on investment) with efficient processes, this includes setting clear and quantifiable goals, tracking important metrics and building and maintaining effective relationships with vendors.
- Supervise space planning processes and initiatives to maintain functionality through:
- Deployment of data analytical tools to manage occupancy and continuously review and evaluate space metrics to inform space strategy.
- Prioritization and understanding of business direction and changing workplace needs to shape space strategy.
- Directly collaborating with business partners and internal teams to gather and synthesize functional and operational business requirements.
- Independently run multiple projects simultaneously (with varying project size, scope and cost) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure:
- Workflow alignment, prioritization, risk assessment/mitigation and impactful process improvement to deliver high quality work.
- Management of all key project outcomes from initiation to completion.
- Identify workplace inefficiencies and create standard operating procedures and solutions built to scale. Thoughtfully manage the execution and delegation of urgent and time-sensitive business requests.
What We Value
- 3+ years prior experience in office and space management to include space strategy & utilization analysis, budget management, facilities vendor oversight and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills. A focus on effective teamwork, with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
- Project management abilities including planning, timeline tracking, implementation and communication across teams. Ability to prioritize and complete several competing tasks and projects.
- Willingness and ability to be on-call to address critical incidents as they arise.
- Ability and enthusiasm to travel to other Palantir offices as needed, up to 25% of the time.
What We Require
- Minimum 2+ years of office and space management with a focus on strategy & utilization
- PMP Certification or 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $68,000 - $90,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
