Billing Specialist II

About the Role

The Billing Specialist II is responsible for ensuring that all invoices are submitted accurately and on time to Uber Freight customers. The position interacts regularly with both external and internal Uber Freight customers.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Know and understand account specific requirements - required charges, customer contracts, customer contacts, billing periods
• Review loads for necessary info in TMSF
• Modify charges in TMS per customer specific rules
• Write and update customer specific billing SOPs
• Process and approve management fee invoices
• Create and send miscellaneous invoices to customers
• Create and send weekly statement invoices
• Approve single shipment invoices
• Be available to answer questions from the customer, whether internal or external, that may arise regarding billing

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic excel skills 
• Minimum of 1+ years of AP or AR experience

• Strong Attention to Detail
• Strong Written Communication
