THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are looking for a Casino Organic Social Media Senior Associate to create and execute social media posts, and work directly with social media influencers to produce high-quality and engaging content. This role, reporting to the Organic Social Media Senior Manager, will be critical in driving growth and engagement across all our social channels. This is an impactful role that will work alongside all marketing teams to uphold our brand proposition and help deliver against our long-term brand objectives. We are looking for an individual who lives and breathes social media, who can take a social media trend and mold it to fit our brand voice. The ideal candidate will have social media experience working with notable brands and an extensive understanding of social best practices, along with basic knowledge of, interest in, and/or a willingness to learn about our Casino product and the broader casino industry.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Identify, curate, and create social media content that drives growth and engagement across all channels, positively contributes to key Casino business objectives, and protects FanDuel’s brand
- Write copy and execute posts across @FanDuelCasino’s YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Threads channels while adhering to platform-specific best practices
- Help manage community engagement by interacting with notable accounts, FanDuel Casino’s followers, FanDuel Casino’s brand ambassadors, and other FanDuel accounts
- Ensure all editorial calendars, assets, and content are timely and up-to-date - i.e., planning, scheduling, proofreading and properly executing content across all social channels
- Edit and produce videos and graphics for social channels, collaborating with the multimedia team as needed
- Work closely with the Organic Social Media Senior Manager to help shape and implement our organic social strategy
- Assist with managing influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across digital platforms
- Assist with cross-functional marketing campaigns, including games, contests, and giveaways, ensuring best practices are met and messaging/assets are properly executed on owned social channels
- Assist with tracking and reporting on FanDuel Casino’s social media KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Learn and stay informed on our Casino product, promos, market, customer, and competitive set
- Attend FanDuel events as needed, ensuring complete social coverage in a professional manner
THE STATS
What we’re looking for in our next teammate
- At least 3 years of content creation and/or editorial experience (working in social media and/or journalism, ideally in the casino, gambling, or iGaming spaces, is preferred)
- At least 2 years of Organic Social Media experience across a variety of social media platforms required, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Threads
- At least 1 year of managing on-camera talent strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of casino games and willingness to learn about the casino industry is required
- Ability to write engaging social media copy and self-edit with minimal guidance
- Strong grammar skills and meticulous attention to detail is required
- Ability to produce engaging and shareable content
- Intermediate proficiency in Video Editing is required
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is preferred
- Experience with and willingness to being on camera for video content is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of internet culture is required
- Ability to work at pace, multi-task and balance multiple projects in real time
- Team-first attitude with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills is required
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends & holidays, if necessary, as well as being on call for urgent PR matters
- Basic knowledge of sports, and the culture of the sports world, is preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $74,000 - $85,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
