Requirements
  • 2 years of hotel revenue management experience
  • Knowledge of market appropriate hotel brands and systems
  • Experience managing elite, high-profile hotels in dynamic markets
  • Experience working with ownership and investment groups
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluency in English
Responsibilities
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement rate, yield, channel, and E-commerce strategy changes for a portfolio of hotels
  • Lead weekly revenue calls with Hotel Owners, General Managers, and Directors of Sales
  • Review daily snapshot reports for each hotel in the portfolio and provide necessary analysis, recommendations, or strategy implementations
  • Manage Online Travel Agent relationships, Travel Ads, and promotion participation
  • Manage daily reporting processes and oversee the coordinator team
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis and reports for hotel clients
  • Coordinate with the Kriya Digital Strategy team to manage web analytics and digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist or lead the development of new tools, reports, and processes
  • Assist or lead in training new Revenue Managers or employees
