Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall training and product support operations for individual technology solutions; ensures training content is up to date, communicates to members and internal staff of upcoming trainings/changes, works with Member Support Framework and other stakeholders to ensure tickets are addressed properly and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for overall member engagement and satisfaction with the technology solution(s); monitors member specific engagement, ensures escalation when appropriate and works with service delivery and other internal teams to coordinate member outreach regarding product satisfaction and engagement
  • Manage third party operations as it pertains to our technology solutions, including contract requirements and invoicing, as appropriate
  • Responsible for core data intake functions, including timely data processing, efficient and accurate data mapping/normalizations, and high quality data for benchmarking
  • Responsible for managed services as it relates to data submission services and product coordinator activities
  • Responsible for timely and successful product implementations and orientations
  • Partner with product management teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into roadmaps, features are properly tested pre and post release, and communication is delivered to membership
  • Partner with service delivery teams to understand provider strategic priorities and communicate possible value targets
  • Partner with other delivery and data operations leaders to ensure a consistent member experience and share best practices
  • Collaborate with CMO on training examples, high profile members, and third party operations
  • Collaborate with tech sales and managed service development teams on new opportunities and serve as SME support
  • Partner with implementation project management team to ensure on-time and successful solution deployment
