Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales
  • Experience with deals ranging in size from 40k-150k in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Familiarity with longer, complex sales cycles
  • Consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, and SalesNavigator is preferred

  • Close deals by effectively managing multiple sales cycles
  • Research accounts and create effective client communication to generate new revenue
  • Maintain strong client relationships to offer the best solutions through the Awardco platform and drive revenue
  • Collaborate strategically across departments to provide effective solutions to client needs
