Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience producing and editing video content for paid social.
  • A portfolio or reel demonstrating strong social-first video work, including paid social ads, user-generated-content-style content, or performance creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools that support the production process.
  • Comfort shooting original video content and working across every phase of production.
  • A strong understanding of paid social platforms and platform-specific best practices.
  • A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, visual hierarchy, and what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Ability to make complex or technical topics feel simple, clear, and engaging.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Responsibilities
  • Concept, shoot, produce, and edit paid social video ads from start to finish.
  • Develop strong hooks, clear narratives, and calls to action that help users quickly understand the value of Stash.
  • Create multiple versions of each concept, testing hooks, lengths, formats, and visual approaches.
  • Adapt and resize videos for different placements, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.
  • Shoot and direct original footage, including user-generated-content-style videos, scripted ads, product explainers, testimonials, and founder content.
  • Manage pre-production, including scripting, shot lists, storyboards, talent coordination, locations, props, and overall planning.
  • Capture footage that feels native to each platform while staying true to the Stash brand.
  • Manage production timelines and budgets.
  • Edit polished, platform-native ads with strong pacing, storytelling, and performance.
  • Create simple motion graphics and product visuals that make financial concepts easy to understand.
  • Use performance data and creative insights to iterate on what is working and improve future ads.
  • Maintain a steady cadence of new concepts and variations to support creative testing.
  • Organize and maintain video files, project files, templates, and asset libraries for the marketing team.
  • Partner with Marketing, Growth, Social, Product Marketing, and Compliance teams to align creative with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Turn briefs, product messaging, customer insights, and performance learnings into compelling video concepts.
  • Support the broader creative team on ad hoc video and motion needs across marketing channels.
  • Experiment with emerging artificial intelligence tools, workflows, and creative techniques, applying them effectively to production.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience creating video ads for fintech, consumer finance, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with user-generated-content-style ads, creator-led content, testimonials, or scripted performance ads.
  • Experience with CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative tools.
  • Basic motion design or animation skills.
  • Familiarity with creative testing, performance marketing metrics, and paid media workflows.
