  • Facilitate and coach improvement teams, contributing to a culture of continuous process enhancements and alignment with broader program goals.
  • Develop and track performance metrics to assess and report on progress, ensuring that projects stay on track and deliver results.
  • Support key meetings and business events by developing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that all action items are tracked and addressed.
  • Interact with government, military, and executive senior leadership, providing clear, concise reports and status updates that contribute to informed decision-making.
