  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing coordination.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and tone.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting deadlines, and work collaboratively.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, edit, and proofread content (press materials, newsletters, email campaigns, website copy, briefs, talking points).
  • Maintain the communications calendar and coordinate timelines, reviews, and approvals.
  • Support cross-functional campaigns with Marketing, Design, and Sales to ensure message consistency.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, engagement, web traffic) and compile weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist with internal communications, announcements, and leadership messages.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and speaking opportunities, including logistics and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain brand style guidelines and ensure adherence across materials.
  • Support vendor coordination (writers, printers, translators) and manage basic purchasing requests.
