  • 3+ years' experience in SaaS based digital health implementation project management or customer onboarding
  • 2+ year(s) experience facilitating engagement with SaaS products working with clinical customers & healthcare administrators primarily
  • 1-2 years' experience facilitating healthcare system integrations with EMR/EHR's
  • Proven success working fully remote

  • Establish and execute on an onboarding and project management program in collaboration with the VP of Client Success
  • Build relationships with facility partners
  • Facilitate device deployment in new facilities
  • Facilitate EMR integration with new facilities
  • Facilitate onboarding, education and training in new facilities
  • Provide status reporting to internal stakeholders about onboarding activity
  • Provide timely feedback to the facilities and internal stakeholders
  • Increase the velocity of customer onboarding to 30-40 customer sites/month
  • Drive processes forward, managing internal and external stakeholders to keep our customers engaged, happy, and on-track
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement to help the team scale
  • Work cross-functionally within our organization (specifically with Sales and Client Success) to make sure customer needs are met
  • Facilitate Credentialing of Remote Providers at new facilities

  • Post acute care or SNF experience is a plus
