Requirements
- 1-3 years professional experience within relevant industry
- Possess intermediate skills in data entry, project management, account sales, partner relations, customer service, and trends
- Experience in retail and e-commerce is preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficient in communication tools such as G Suite and Slack or relevant platforms
- Mild Experience using CRM systems such as SalesForce or other relevant CRM's
- Mild Experience using Project Management Tools such as Air Table, or relevant platforms
- Mild experience using Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketplace category Sales and Account Managers
- Manage Seller Retention
- Actively work through sales lists and work with Account Managers to determine the best possible methods to attract business
- Inputting and maintaining data into company tools such as Airtable and Salesforce
- Providing sellers with expertise with onboarding, scheduling, and programming across live episodes
- Programming Schedules accompanied by content ideation and product assortment
- Assisting with troubleshooting and technical issues and questions regarding onboarding and the seller lifecycle
- Adapt to a fast pace environment
- Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once
- Own your calendar and create events and tasks with Sales and Account Managers in order to accomplish your projects effectively
- Establish contact lists of collaborators and update information periodically
- Support multiple daily product launches by working closely with the E-Commerce, Customer Service, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure complete and accurate product information is available to all
- Improve and sustain seller growth
- Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the digital creator space
- Communicate effectively with external and internal teams to find timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges
- Understand what other departmental needs are and integrate yourself within the rest of the org
