Essential Duties:

Greets all internal/external visitors, vendors, etc., entering the department.

SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, 6 am -2:30 pm

Pay Rate: Starting at $23.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Creates and tracks purchase orders within the Fleet Maintenance program.

• Order, input, and put away Inventory parts.

• Maintain parts inventory by cycle counts.

• Assist mechanics in ordering the correct parts for repairs.

• Work with mechanics to ensure all work orders are completed properly.

• Assist with mechanics and Fleet manager on road calls.

• Track weekly fuel gallons for Delnum.

• Manage monthly Fuel & Mileage Report – An important part of this position

• Sorts and files department paperwork.

• Attends department staff meetings, training, etc. as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: Must have basic computer proficiency.  Requires experience with Microsoft Office.  

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. 

The expected base rate for this role is between $16.50 - $25.00.

This role will also receive overtime compensation as applicable.
