Requirements
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of partnering with Sales and Operations leaders to drive revenue and margin growth, and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including commercial finance, FP&A, and accounting close
  • 5+ years of people leadership or senior individual contributor experience in a complex environment
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field
  • CPA, CMA, CFA, or CGMA strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales and leadership, helping shape commercial strategy with actionable analytics and insights, translating strategy into financial outcomes, and driving profitable revenue growth and margin expansion. Actively support M&A incl. financial analysis and valuation modeling, financial due diligence, and integration.
  • Drive commercial finance activities, including pricing strategy, price-volume-mix analysis, customer profitability, and evaluation of deals and investments.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and delivering actionable insights through variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Own the full financial close and reporting process, ensuring accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, HR, and IT to evaluate investments, improve productivity, and optimize working capital and operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial leadership and governance, including coaching the finance team, supporting board/parent reporting (Halma), and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
