Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales operations, process improvement or salesforce administration
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting within Salesforce
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and tools within Salesforce as well as related tools such as Boostup, Clari, etc.
  • Ability to develop process and training materials is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills required
  • Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation and optimization of Sales processes and tools within Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and training materials for sales processes and tools usage
  • Provide expert guidance and support to sales team members on the effective utilization of Salesforce processes and tools
  • Create a 3-year maturity model for Sales processes and tools
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
