Requirements
  • BA in business or related field.
  • Experience in collections, marketing, business operations, and asset management.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to three times a month. This could vary based on the needs of the business. Travel to Allentown, PA expected monthly.
Responsibilities
  • Benchmark strategies utilized by competitors and identify what we can utilize at Mac Tools
  • Benchmark competitor outbound freight costs
  • Periodically review storage profitability by region and by product category, review margins after freight with the marketing team to ensure margins are attractive
  • Work with the freight team to audit billing practices
  • Continuously improve and monitor the damaged box reimbursement process; Create and publish metric dashboards
  • Provide data and feedback to Product Development, Marketing, and Freight team to reduce damage in transit
  • Identify and coordinate execution of opportunities to reduce overall freight costs
  • Periodic travel to Distribution centers – Ohio and Allentown, PA. 3RD Party Vendors as well
