Responsibilities
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
  • Develop understanding of levers for revenue, volumes, and customer behavior to develop sales promotions and campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, and Strategic Accounts to evolve 'go to market' model, enhance partnerships, and drive utilization
  • Analyze and stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities together with Vice President of Sales and Commercial Excellence
  • Organize and maintain sales metrics and KPI’s in diverse portfolio to improve sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material serving as liaison between sales and marketing operations
  • Play key role in S&OP process and individual goals aligned with pay for performance variable compensation plan
  • Responsible for sales action tracking, follow up and pull through
  • Coordinate efforts between distributors and sales resolving order issues keeping customer experience front and center
  • Responsible for planning and execution of sales meetings and training meetings for Contraceptive Business Unit in coordination with approved company partners
  • Administrative support for Vice President of Sales and Commercial Excellence and others on team
