Requirements
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • ESP/Martech software experience highly preferred
  • Passion for email marketing with a strong understanding of the persona and technology landscape
  • Metrics-driven and focused on driving incremental results
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A world class storyteller who can concisely spin a narrative around complex concepts to different audiences
  • Proven track record collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Customer Success)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while focusing the right level of effort on each
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to promptly navigate obstacles, propose solutions, and resolve issues

Responsibilities
  • Build, document, and socialize our understanding of email buyer personas
  • Develop a strong understanding of our existing Email capabilities
  • Conduct market and customer research to help different teams (e.g. Product, GTM) act on emerging trends, market shifts, competitive threats, and unmet customer needs
  • Create jargon-free, differentiated positioning and messaging that fuels content, campaigns, and enablement
  • Lead product launches and releases for new products, features, and enhancements
  • Partner with enablement teams to ensure that the entire GTM function has the appropriate training and tools required to successfully speak to our email capabilities
  • Prepare compelling content (e.g. web pages, demo videos, sales decks, webinars, blogs) that support business objectives
  • Partner with Content and Demand Generation to create awareness and pipeline-generating programs that educate our customers on the value they can derive from our email capabilities
  • Monitor the health of our email products, identify opportunity areas, and create action plans to achieve continued success
