What You’ll Do

• The Consultant will be responsible for configuring multiple web-based applications that are being marketed to pharmaceutical clients 
• A full understanding of the client’s needs/processes to gather requirements for the configuration of the application
• The applications comprise a complete solution designed to handle event and speaker data, manage workflow, process payments, produce reports, and support other related business processes
• The ideal candidate has a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer success, thrives as a self-starter, and is able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Maintain current knowledge of appropriate regulations, e.g., OIG, PhRMA Code

• Successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with health sciences and regulated environments
• Self-starter
• Superior customer service and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Gmail Suite Workspace

Nice to Have

• B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years 
• Fundamental knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud Content and Engagement product suites is preferred; including by not limited to Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Events Management, and Engage
