Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Success or Account Management leadership role at a high growth SaaS company
  • 10+ of experience in Success or Account Management within the MarTech/ AdTech/ Mobile field (preferred)
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, and ability to serve as a trusted advisor
  • Previous experience recruiting and scaling a global team at a growth company
  • Experience reviewing and utilizing data across various systems to make data driven decisions
  • Strong interest in mobile technology and mobile SDKs
  • Strong client support experience and technical strength in the mobile space
  • A strong work ethic and internal drive to produce results
  • Humility, and a customer first mentality
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership and guidance to the regional managers in NA/LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
  • Set the strategy and programs that will be executed by Strategic and Technical Account managers at all customer tiers
  • Manage goals and initiatives for the team and manage performance and productivity to achieve critical company KPIs. Your primary business goals will be aligned to product adoption in order to maximize retention, increase cross-sell/upsell opportunities in line with a land/expand SaaS model
  • Build a proactive organization that plays offense and doesn't wait for customer issues to engage
  • Be a front line leader - build and enhance relationships with our largest customers, in person or remotely
  • Drive organizational process improvements for world class customer experience
  • Influence cross-functional business units to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Represent Branch at relevant regional conferences and events
  • Travel quarterly to regional offices to meet with local leaders and teams
