Requirements
  • MUST HAVE A PORTFOLIO
  • Proven experience as a VFX and Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in VFX software (Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms such as Open AI, MidJourney, NVIDIA Canvas, Runway ML, and other similar software.
  • Experience with 3D modeling, animation, and compositing.
  • Strong artistic and technical skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute appealing VFX and motion graphics for a dynamic range of projects.
  • Edit and enhance videos, including trimming, color correction, audio adjustment, visual effects, graphics, and animations.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
  • Provide creative solutions to complex visual challenges, demonstrating a resourceful and gritty approach to problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Explore and implement generative AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Sora) to enhance video workflows, create visual concepts, and accelerate creative development.
  • Collaborate with VFX and motion design teams to develop AI-assisted storyboards, animations, and visual assets that push creative boundaries.
  • Curate and test emerging AI platforms for creative potential, identifying opportunities to incorporate them into production pipelines.
  • Build prompt libraries, style guides, and internal resources to help the broader creative team adopt AI tools more effectively.
  • Stay on the pulse of new AI trends, releases, and ethical considerations—and share findings to help shape our approach to AI-driven content.
  • Have strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop, to integrate AI-generated content into high-quality final assets.
