We are looking for a detail-oriented Provider Success Associate (Credentialing) to execute quality and provider credentialing, onboarding, and support activities for our Global Network (40+ countries worldwide)! The Specialist will credential providers to assist in accordance with global regulations, run provider onboarding trainings & programming, and provide non-clinical administrative support as needed to providers. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Provider Operations. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Performing provider credentialing activities including primary source verification, records review, and credentialing file preparation
• Performing provider outreach to support timely credentialing and recredentialing
• Monitoring provider licensure and sanctions via standard reporting databases
• Compiling required data and reporting in support of delegated credentialing agreements and external partnerships in partnership with legal
• Analyzing data and make recommendations for improvement to the credentialing and QI programs
• With guidance from the Provider Operations manager:
• Creating training materials, policies, and operating manuals for provider onboarding
• Tracking the status of all Global Provider onboarding & reporting to Global leadership 
• Supporting other Provider Success Associates in provider support
• Escalating any issues or concerns with provider credentialing & onboarding 

What we expect from you:

• 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare, quality, credentialing,, or startup environment
• Data analysis skills in Google Sheets/MS Excel (entering & formatting data, entering formulas, creating charts and pivot tables to communicate results), a plus
• Tech-savvy: very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms and efficient in tech-related tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
• Authentic passion for eliminating barriers to mental healthcare
• Experience with provider credentialing, a plus
  
  

The target salary range for this position is $32.05 - $39.62, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
