  • Use techniques and strategies that promote and enhance students' critical and creative thinking capabilities.
  • Implement classroom instructional strategies and materials that reflect each student's culture, learning styles, special needs, and socioeconomic background.
  • Establish and maintain a classroom management system that regulates the classroom appropriately.
  • Create a positive learning environment in which students are actively engaged in learning, social interaction, cooperative learning, and self-motivation.
  • Support the intellectual, personal, and social development of all students.
  • Plan, align, implement, and evaluate effective instruction and assessment in various learning environments.
  • Collaborate with peers, parents, the community, and other stakeholders to improve students' classroom educational experiences.
  • Integrate appropriate technology into teaching and learning processes.
  • Ensure adherence to good safety procedures.
  • Work in an office and public-school environment and interact directly with employees, students, and the public.
