Salary Range: 45000 to 50000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.       
• Provide accurate product and service information and assist customers in navigating available options.            
• Generate and provide custom quotes based on customer specifications and requirements.      
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by offering tailored solutions to their needs.         
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer orders are processed smoothly.      
• Resolve customer issues or concerns in a positive, efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.              
• Track customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communications and transactions.               
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies to effectively assist customers.     

What You Need

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role (experience with inbound sales is a plus).         
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.         
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.          
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.            
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage customer data effectively.           
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce or similar).          
• VOIP Phone Software Experience a plus (RingCentral Platform).            
• Positive, customer-first attitude and strong interpersonal skills.          
• Preferred Qualifications: 
• Experience in a business development or sales support role.         
• Familiarity with quoting systems or pricing tools.             
• Previous experience in an industry-related environment (e.g., technology, manufacturing, or services).

• This is a full-time, long-term position.
