Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a scalable operational strategy for the Global Public Sector business across U.S. Federal, Defense and Intelligence, and International Government segments.
  • Build and manage multi-year operational roadmaps and budgets aligned to growth targets across the public sector portfolio.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape market strategy, public sector operations, and resource prioritization.
  • Define, operationalize, and maintain the public sector business sales forecasting process.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Channel/Partner, and Solutions Engineering teams around coordinated pursuit strategies and key account plans.
  • Collaborate with Finance to design variable sales commission plans.
  • Manage operations related to federal government contracting vehicles and strategic channel partners.
  • Support the expansion of international partner ecosystems across allied government markets.
  • Ensure public sector operations comply with relevant government acquisition regulations, security frameworks, and internal policies.
  • Directly manage the Facility Security Officer and maintain the company’s Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency relationship and Top Secret Facilities Clearance.
  • Oversee government procurement vehicles and teaming agreements.
  • Support operational requirements for participation in international procurement frameworks, including the G-Cloud 13 Framework for the United Kingdom government procurement platform.
  • Manage a team of contracts specialists, security officers, and additional roles as the team grows.
  • Define and track key performance indicators and objectives and key results, lead regular business reviews with senior stakeholders, and hold teams accountable for results.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison between the Public Sector business unit and Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
