Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills
  • Familiarity with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently, learn product features and develop crisp and compelling learning content
  • Metrics driven. Ability to iterate and adjust content and curriculum based on end user engagement and adoption
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience developing content for complex SaaS applications
Responsibilities
  • Determine training and development needs via surveys, interviews, focus groups and other methods
  • Plan, create, organize and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, skills training and knowledge checks for Ordway's clients, partners and employees
  • Develop multimedia learning paths on Ordway University aligned with each learner persona
  • Support product releases with timely, detailed and actionable training content for new features and enhancements
  • Support instructor-led and online self-paced learning paths via Ordway University
  • Collaborate with technical documentation specialists to align end-user training and documentation content
