About:

Our client, Powered by the People, is a rapidly growing B2B wholesale marketplace that helps connect independent global brands from over 50 countries to North American retailers. They are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team.

Position:

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will develop and lead the company’s marketing strategies. You will also work closely with other internal and external stakeholders, including agencies to implement various initiatives and campaigns.

This role is fully remote, with their HQ located in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth

- Lead the coordination and implementation of various marketing campaigns

- Content creation

- Email marketing and social media content management

- PR and Sales team support

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of content-led and growth performance marketing experience

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams

- Omni-channel content writing experience

- Have experience or interest working for startups

- Excellent time management and communication skills
