  • Coordinate special arrangements for VIP guests, ensuring personalized service and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Optimize seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction while adhering to capacity limits and social distancing guidelines.
  • Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences to enhance personalized service and foster guest loyalty.
