Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or a related field
  • Experience in Agile or software delivery environments preferred
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, functional, and visually compelling designs; identify user pain points, propose innovative solutions, and iterate based on feedback
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders; able to present design rationale clearly and persuasively
  • Process & Organization: Comfortable managing multiple projects, iterations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; experience participating in or facilitating Agile rituals is a plus
  • Technology Awareness: Familiarity with front-end frameworks or design handoff to engineering teams is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Praxent secures investment from Delta-v Capital to accelerate AI adoption in fintech

Praxent, an AI consulting and engineering firm specialising in financial technology, has secured a strategic growth investment from Delta-v Capital. The Austin-based company will use the funding to accelerate its expansion as financial services firms integrate AI into critical operations. Founded 25 years ago, Praxent serves enterprise clients including Origence, Ascensus and Dimensional Fund Advisors, whose platforms manage over $3 trillion in assets. The firm has standardised on Anthropic models and uses its proprietary Decode, Activate, Compound framework to help clients migrate legacy systems to AI-ready architectures. The investment will support expansion of Praxent's AI engineering capabilities and team growth. Canaccord Genuity acted as exclusive financial adviser. Delta-v Capital manages over $1.6 billion in assets and focuses on technology companies in digital infrastructure and software.
