- MCSA Microsoft Server 2016 (or most recent) or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager and COR.
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE Mobility, System Center Manager (or most recent) or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager and COR.
- Citrix Certified Associate CCA-V, preferred Citrix Certified Professional CCP-V (or most recent) or higher Citrix certification.
- NetApp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAP or DECS-IE Specialist Unity (or most recent) or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager and COR.
- Microsoft MCSA Windows 10 (or most recent) or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager and COR.
- Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
- Perform or oversee systems analysis of highly complex computer and networking systems.
- Work in conjunction with architecture, engineering and sustainment to provide overall integration of systems peripherals so that they operate correctly within a predefined environment.
- Provide guidance and direction to Level II and Level III Information Systems Analysts.
- Develop or assist with creation of technical documentation to include but not limited to detailed installation procedures, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Perform more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level III, and may supervise others.
