Responsibilities
  • Streamline people operations, upgrading and replacing existing systems and processes where necessary.
  • Help attract and retain world-class talent as the company scales.
  • Define and communicate effective strategies for compensation, levels, and benefits to enable better talent acquisition, management, and retention.
  • Participate in organizational planning, providing insights on roles and budgets.
  • Be a thought partner with the founding team to scale culture and values as the business grows.
  • Engage cross-functionally with the management team to align goals, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, utilizing existing tools like Rippling as the HRIS and PEO.
  • Innovate and question the status quo as the company grows.
