Our practice is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime. PHPprime provides wrap-around services to help make our practice successful, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large group contracting.

The Position:
- Qualified candidates include Internal Medicine physicians and Nephrologists
- Part-time or full-time opportunities exist
- 20 patients/day
- Dedicated MA, clinical, and admin support staff
- Nephrologists take phone call only, no call for IM physicians
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from fully-accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Successful completion of residency training in Internal Medicine
- Nephrology Fellowship Program and/or experience seeing inpatient Nephrology patients a plus
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine and/or Nephrology
- Physician must meet employer credentialing standards

Salary Range:
Salary: $200-220k +
