- Decision influencing
- Strong understanding of MPO's SaaS sales cycle including post sales follow-up
- Deal negotiation
- Understanding negotiations upfront and ability to achieve a win-win deal
- Contract closure
- Documenting the entire sales agreement and getting authorized contract signatures
- Delivery control
- Transition the deal to the implementation team and following-up delivery to the customer
- Account management
- Manage relationships with customers and develop new business opportunities within accounts
- Pipeline reporting
- Controlling the pipeline in the sales tool and presenting weekly sales updates to management
