  • University Degree or equivalent required
  • Over 5 years of experience in cloud platform / SaaS Sales
  • Success in selling enterprise software solutions in North America / Europe
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals / quotas
  • Preferably with a contact network in the supply chain domain
  • Knowledge of SCM, ERP, WMS and/or TMS solutions
  • Broad skill base for creative lead generation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales tools (eg SalesForce, Hubspot)
  • Passion for the sales profession

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation
  • Systematically and creatively generates high quality leads
  • Product presentation
  • Clearly articulates the MPO value proposition and differentiators
  • Quotation writing
  • Responding to high pressure RFX, creating proposals with targeted content and consistent tone
  • Solution offering
  • Presenting the offerings to customers and handling issues from commercial and technical buyers
  • Decision influencing
  • Strong understanding of MPO's SaaS sales cycle including post sales follow-up
  • Deal negotiation
  • Understanding negotiations upfront and ability to achieve a win-win deal
  • Contract closure
  • Documenting the entire sales agreement and getting authorized contract signatures
  • Delivery control
  • Transition the deal to the implementation team and following-up delivery to the customer
  • Account management
  • Manage relationships with customers and develop new business opportunities within accounts
  • Pipeline reporting
  • Controlling the pipeline in the sales tool and presenting weekly sales updates to management
