  • At least 1 year of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to drive sales, meet store key performance indicator goals, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist the Store Manager in training and developing sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
  • Support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
  • Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring the store is recovered and clean and complies with safety and operational procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
  • Support loss prevention efforts and ensure adherence to company policies designed to prevent loss.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in the retail industry preferred.
