  • Act as a client-facing coordination lead, ensuring accurate, disciplined, and timely communication during strike events and supporting Executive Leadership with situation summaries, risks, mitigations, decisions, and tradeoffs.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, fact-based, and aligned across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with safety and compliance leaders to ensure response execution incorporates site safety protocols, employee accountability procedures, and emergency reporting and escalation processes; track and escalate risks that could impact safety, operations, or client outcomes.
  • Lead structured post-event reviews (after-action reviews), capture lessons learned, root causes, and improvement opportunities, drive updates to strike playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures, apply Lean and process-improvement methodologies to reduce response time, cost, and friction
Desired Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt+) preferred
  • Experience operating alongside an Incident Commander / Operations Lead, with clear understanding of orchestration vs. command roles
  • Background in healthcare, workforce solutions, critical services, or other labor-intensive environments

AMN Healthcare's EPS drops 16.9% annually as revenue stalls at 2.7% growth

AMN Healthcare Services has stagnated around $18.89 since September 2025, presenting three concerning indicators for investors. The company's five-year revenue growth of 2.7% annually falls short of benchmarks, whilst earnings per share declined 16.9% annually over the same period, indicating diminishing profitability despite revenue expansion. Additionally, AMN Healthcare's return on invested capital has decreased significantly, suggesting fewer profitable growth opportunities. The stock trades at 9.1× forward price-to-earnings ratio, but this apparently cheap valuation masks weak fundamentals. The company operates in healthcare staffing services. Despite the optically attractive valuation, analysts recommend avoiding the stock due to deteriorating financial metrics across revenue growth, profitability and capital efficiency.
