This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General admin support for the business operations teams and the Lunar team based in Florida. The role will initially be based at out Lunar Plant 2 location at Port Canaveral and then move to our new Lunar Plant One on Merritt Island which will open in summer 2025.
• Provide direct support Lunar Senior Management based in Florida.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events in Florida for the Lunar Management Team.
• Provide support for orientation focal for new staff, new grad rotation, and interns.
• Support business rhythm meeting preparation as assigned.
• Monitor Controlled Unclassified Information access.
• Coordinate conference attendance and international travel requests.
• Process expense reports for assigned senior staff.
• Manage communication distribution lists.
• Other admin tasks as they occur.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven ability to balance multiple tasks end to end with varying deadlines while maintaining executional and operational excellence within the business and across business groups as applicable.
• 5+ years of supporting business rhythm meeting preparation.
• Ability to provide support to the team for the strategic initiatives and development of best practices at the department level.
• Detailed oriented in providing frequent updates to tasks as well as coordinating their own tasks.
• Independently able to manage situational constraints and proactively resolves issues with little oversight.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adept at building and leveraging networks across organizations to enable their team and leader's work.
• Experience working in an integrated product team and working cross-functionally towards program goals.
• Experience in supporting and or familiarity of govt contracting.
