Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy, ideally within a Managed Services Provider, value-added reseller, or IT Services organization.
  • A proven track record of driving forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and operational scalability in a high-growth recurring-revenue model.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management and business intelligence platforms including HubSpot, NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of managed services provider metrics including gross margin percentage, monthly recurring revenue, churn, total contract value, and sales productivity ratios.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Delivery, and Human Resources.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a unified sales operations strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and sales leadership to design coverage models, territory plans, and quota frameworks for new-logo and existing-client teams.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline analytics, and key performance indicator dashboards covering bookings, renewals, and multi-year managed services growth.
  • Drive pricing standardization, including gross margin percentage, total contract value, and monthly recurring revenue-based incentive alignment.
  • Standardize and document the Lead-to-Cash process from marketing-qualified lead through renewal.
  • Enhance coordination among Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Service Delivery.
  • Oversee proposal automation, quoting tools, and approval workflows.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and compliance documentation, including E-Rate and state, local, and education bid frameworks.
  • Own the customer relationship management environment and ensure accurate pipeline hygiene, forecast reporting, and stage management.
  • Integrate Revenue Operations intelligence using automation and analytics tools.
  • Develop dashboards tracking activity metrics such as calls, demos, meetings, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure sales data integrity, audit compliance, and consistent process adoption.
  • Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to synchronize sales forecasting with finance and delivery capacity.
  • Support compensation plan modeling, quota assignment, and attainment tracking.
  • Evaluate spiffs, accelerators, and incentive programs through return-on-investment analysis.
  • Deliver executive-ready reports for Board and executive leadership team review on sales efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead a small team of analysts or coordinators supporting reporting, analytics, and system administration.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to design training, onboarding, and certification programs for Account Executives and Inside Sales.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the sales engine.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
