  • AS/BSc/BA in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Engineering or combination of college coursework/Biotech certificate from approved program and related work experience
  • 3+ years of GMP manufacturing experience
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to identify project needs and implement solutions
  • Passion for building and implementing a 'Right First Time' culture to meet cGMP requirements for clinical material
  • Good mechanical aptitude; knowledge of upstream and/or downstream processing techniques
  • Experience in creating and revising SOPs and manufacturing batch records
  • Experience ensuring timely execution and review of procedures, batch documentation, logbooks, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and completion of ERP orders
  • Supporting manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assisting in the implementation of manufacturing systems and processes
  • Collaborating with other teams to contribute to the execution of the production plan
  • Leading equipment FAT, SAT, and facility start-up
  • Authoring and revising cGMP documentation
  • Supporting or leading investigations related to the manufacturing process
  • Contributing and assisting with facility audits from regulatory bodies
