Red Ventures is looking to bring on a seasoned talent acquisition leader to develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization. This person will work in close partnership with business unit CEOs/senior leadership to set recruitment strategy and vision across eight distinct business units, as well as corporate and global technology recruitment.
Our TA leader will oversee day to day recruitment operations including direct management over a team of recruiting managers, while they work to lead strategic initiatives across all functional position groups, coach and develop their downlines and execute on finding top talent for our businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition that crosses a variety of roles, industries and functions, has led teams in a matrix environment, and has an ability to offer strategic insights and partnership to our most senior leaders and stakeholders. This person will also be responsible for overseeing continued learning and development of our recruiting team, defining a strategy for internal mobility and fostering relationships with vendors and contractors as needed.
This person will report to our Fort Mill, SC campus on a hybrid schedule three days per week (Tues-Thurs).
What You’ll Do:
- Setting the recruitment vision and strategy for experienced hires across a dynamic portfolio of business and corporate teams
- Leading and mentoring a team of recruiting managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-performance standards
- Establishing influential relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to understand and identify talent forecasting, trends and sourcing strategies
- Proactively identifying and addressing opportunities in our hiring processes
- Designing and executing innovative resourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across all functions/levels
- Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process to improve and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Embedding within talent markets/industries to stay abreast of industry trends and establishing/strengthening a strong network of connectors and prospect talent
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle of high-priority leadership roles and crafting recruitment strategies to bring exceptional talent into our pipelines
- Evolving existing KPIs, reporting and communications mechanisms to better connect with business needs and stay ahead of strategic shifts
- Negotiating contracts with external partners and vendors to support talent acquisition efforts as needed
- Monitoring and reporting on performance and progress to goals to senior leadership and the Head of Talent
- Track internal mobility opportunities, connecting high-performing ‘free agents’ with opportunities within RV, providing insights and recommendations on internal mobility patterns and opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years proven experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, with a track record of defining and executing successful talent acquisition strategies across a variety of industries and geographies
- Strong leadership and team management and culture-driving skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with senior leaders and external partners and influence others to outcomes
- Deep understanding of market trends and industry dynamics to drive effective recruitment strategies
- Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and contractors
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and measure recruitment outcomes
- Exceptional time management skills/bias to action, and proven ability to operationalize and delegate in order to achieve the highest impact for our businesses
