Responsibilities
  • Plan, lead and execute projects from start to finish ensuring completion within the agreed upon timeframe.
  • Negotiate project objectives and direction with the support of the project sponsors and business leads.
  • Manage project risks and issues to resolution.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that support the Distribution’s organization sales goals and objectives.
  • Analyzes sales data, identifies market trends, and develops action plans to improve sales performance and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, budgets, and proposals to senior management and other relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
