  • CIPD certification is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Directly manage and develop one HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in the UK.
  • Coordinate with a wider team of six HR professionals across different HR functions in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters across EMEA, providing leadership and support to the broader HR team.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Lumentum’s global objectives and regional needs.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
  • Promote HR best practices and ensure alignment with global HR standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group VP HR based in the US, and other senior leaders to support business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on HR metrics and initiatives to senior management.
  • Some travel within the EMEA region is required to support HR activities and initiatives.
