Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent software.
  • A strong foundation in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Craft high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI elements that align with our brand and meet user needs.
  • Understand user needs and behaviors through interviews, surveys, and usability studies to inform interface and experience design.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Plan and conduct user testing sessions, analyze feedback, and incorporate changes to enhance interface usability and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the flawless execution of designs and address implementation challenges.
  • Stay updated on UI design trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them to elevate our products.
