Requirements
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in a 360 selling environment
  • Relevant work experience in an industry like IT solutions, software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, retail/hospitality or technology.
  • Experience in an outbound sales environment.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and qualify high-potential new clients within the hospitality sector, demonstrating how Lightspeed's platform can optimise their operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire key hospitality accounts, highlighting the benefits of our integrated POS, online ordering, and inventory management solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, showcasing the future-proof capabilities of Lightspeed K platform for restaurants, bars, and hotels.
  • Conduct demonstrations illustrating how Lightspeed's product empowers hospitality businesses to streamline operations and elevate guest experiences.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, focusing on the value of Lightspeed's integrated payments and operational efficiency.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new customer acquisition, driving the adoption of Lightspeed's transformative technology within the hospitality industry.
  • Establish strong relationships with owners, managers, and key decision-makers at prospective hospitality clients, understanding their specific needs and presenting Lightspeed as the ideal solution.
  • Understand potential clients' business objectives and challenges, and align our solutions to address their needs, emphasising the benefits of Lightspeed's robust reporting and analytics.
  • Smoothly transition new customers to the implementation and launch teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience with the Lightspeed hospitality platform.
